This information is requested as part of social media advertising campaigns and is willingly submitted by the individual(s) to obtain further information on the business, product or service to which the advertising campaign will relate. In these instances, this data is not stored by Socialise Digital Limited, and once passed to the respective client, this data is permanently deleted and shall not be used for future campaigns of any other client. Data and Information may also be obtained from our suppliers, service providers, agents, consultants, business partners, professional advisors and other third parties for the purpose of managing and operating our business. For example we will collect business contact information, financial information and other information necessary to engage third parties in order to aid our business.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal and sensitive data will only be stored and processed on servers based within the European Economic Area (EEA) and will be kept within cloud based software, that is password protected (the passwords to which shall only be known by Socialise Digital Limited and its employees)
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet (emails between ourselves and clients or ourselves and third parties) can never be deemed 100% completely secure, we will always do our best to protect your personal data at all times.
AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING
We do not use automated decision making including profiling.
RETENTION OF DATA
We will only retain your data for the purposes outlined above, once agreements are terminated between Socialise Digital Limited and a client, our access to that clients social media channels will be revoked and we shall no longer access those pages without being further engaged to do so.
YOUR RIGHTS
We will only process your data for marketing purposes where you have given express consent for us to do so, or where there is a legitimate business interest for us to do so. At any time, even if you have previously consented, you have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes and/or not to disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes.
